What’s special about Willow Glen
We’re located in the community where many residents and staff have lived and worked throughout their lives. This gives our residence a close-knit, family-like feel, and supports continuity in memory care through familiarity and consistency. Our small size—16 residents per building —allows us to keep our caregiver-to-resident ratio low and provide round-the-clock, comprehensive care for all residents. The goal of Willow Glen’s staff is to maintain the current abilities of each resident through daily routines, leisure activities and meaningful interactions, while helping our residents access long-term memories that come from a detailed assessment of each person’s history and life experiences. Our caregivers are committed to improving the health and wellbeing of each resident through support, encouragement, and empowerment and by treating residents with dignity, respect and kindness.
